All items are shipped using a standard shipping rate. Most items we sell are custom items and we will ship them only after they are fully cured. A full cure takes up to 4 weeks, negating expedited shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Non-custom orders, orders for pre-made art or home decor items, may be returned within 60 days of receipt. Payment will be refunded when the returned item is received by Whimsy By The Sea. Please contact us at whimsybts@gmail.com with any questions.

Customers are reminded that all art created by Whimsy By The Sea is a unique handmade product and variations in shape, size, color and finish may occur.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are created to the customers specifications after multiple interactions with the artist. Payment is not collected until the custom order is approved by the buyer with the understanding that the artist will attempt to create a finished custom order that matches the agreed-upon specifications.
